A year late... but here it goes. In December, I met a man with MS. We became good friends very quickly. And I fell in love with him. He doesn't love me but that's a whole different issue.

He's amazing, intelligent, funny, and handsome. Sometimes he needs to take naps during the day. When he takes me dancing, he's done long before I am. But then he's the only man who has ever been willing to take me dancing, so I'm not about to complain. He needs a ludicrous number of calories every day and metabolizes alcohol so fast that it's really much easier to just stay sober. He wears sunglasses indoors at night. Since he's 6'4 and dark and handsome, it gives him a very sexy Lenny Kravitz sort of aura.

We've been to bed together. With a good sense of humor and a willingness to be creative, we got around those complications as well.

For me, it's just who he is. And it doesn't turn me off in the least.

That is so cool that you found someone that, in spite of him dealing with MS, really sets your heart on fire!

I know it can be difficult dealing with Multiple Sclerosis, but many cases of MS are very mild and don't really progress to the more advanced stages. This can make it easier to get around the problems that this can cause, even when it comes to dating.

Actually, to some degree dancing is great exercise and this can help your man to keep functioning better for longer, than if he did nothing to exercise at all.

Hopefully, he will fall in love with you too!
